煤矿专用旋转冲击锚杆钻机机理研究

摘　　要：通过分析凿岩机和传统锚杆钻机的性能与参数,在研究探讨了钻机的破岩机理的基础上,建立了凿岩时的力学模型,对钻机凿岩参数进行了综合评价,提出了煤矿专用的既有旋转功能又有冲击功能的联合锚杆钻机。在此基础上,对具有旋转冲击两种功能的锚杆钻机进行了系统研究。Through analyzing the performance and parameters of the rock drill and traditional jumbolter, a drilling mechanical model is built on the basis of studying rock-breaking mechanism of the drill. The drilling parameters of the drill are analyzed synthetically. The united jumbolter with rotary and impact functions that is specially used in coal mines is presented, and then it is studied systematically.
