摘　　要：简要分析工业设计实践中忽视手工模型制作的原因,强调产品模型制作是工业设计的重要环节,通过对现行手工模型用材及表面处理技术优缺点的对比分析,选择手工模型的理想用材——发泡树脂材料,并针对其表面处理存在的问题进行必要的试验,成功解决了该技术难题。The causes of ignoring handiwork model making in industry design practice was analyzed. It was emphasized that product model making is a key link of industry design. Through a comparative study of advantages and defects of current handiwork model making materials and surface treatment techniques, and by doing necessary experiments on surface treatment, the technical problems were settled by choosing foam resin material as the ideal handiwork model making material.
