恩施州非物质文化遗产的保护与教育——以宣恩县高罗乡小茅坡营苗寨民俗村为例

摘　　要：以湖北省保存较好的典型的苗族聚居地"小茅坡营苗寨民俗村"为例,研究了教育对非物质文化遗产保护的现状、作用及意义。并提出了以学校为阵地、社会为摇篮、开展具有民族特色的素质教育以保护恩施州的非物质文化遗产的建议。Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei province is acclaimed as ＂the cultural basin＂ in which the cultural heritage is like shining stars. Taking the example of Xiao Maopoying Miao Folk Village, the well -preserved typical area densely populated with Miao in Hubei province, this paper studies the educational functions on the status quo, role and significance of the protection of the intellectual cuflural heritage. Simultaneously it puts forward suggestion that quality education with national characteristics be carried out so as to protect the intellectual cutlural heritage by taking school as the front and society as the cradle.
