摘 要:采用微滤膜处理杭州市清泰水厂的沉后水,中试结果表明,微滤膜对浊度和微生物的去除效果较好,且基本不受通量的影响。微滤膜对浊度的去除率>99%,对细菌、大肠杆菌的去除率接近100%;对Fe和色度的去除效果也很好,出水中的铁<0.05mg/L,色度<5倍,而对Mn的去除则受前处理的影响较大;经过微滤膜处理后,水中的碱度和余氯基本无变化;对有机物、氨氮、UV254等的去除效果较差,去除率均低于20%。通过研究发现,对于钱塘江原水,合适的设计通量为120L/(m2·h),应采用无回流操作方式,化学清洗的周期为24h。The microfiltration membrane was used to treat the sedimentation effluent of Hangzhou Qingtai Waterworks. The results of pilot-scale test show that the microfihration membrane has better removal efficiencies of turbidity and microbe, and is not affected basically by flux. The removal rates of turbidity, bacteria and Escherichia coli are more than 99%, 100% and 100% respectively. The removal efficiencies of Fe and color are also well, with their respective effluent values of less than 0.05 mg/L and 5 times. The removal of Mn is largely affected by pretreatment. The alkalinity and residual chlorine do not change basically after the treatment. However, the microfiltration membrane has little effect on the removal of organic compounds, NH3 - N, UV254, and their removal rates are all less than 20%. The proper design flux for Qiantang River water is 120 L/(m^2 · h). The non-recycling method with chemical cleaning period of 24 h should be used.
