摘　　要：介绍了浮头换热器的优点和应用场合,验证了用细长管做喷头对换热器管束内表面进行喷砂处理、高科技防腐涂料的配制过程、对管束进行灌装涂漆的防腐工艺过程,介绍了浮头换热器的试压工艺流程,以及采用试压法兰对浮头管板进行试压的工装。Advantages and installation location of floating head heat exchanger were introduced, and the processes of sandblasting on the inner surface of heat exchanger＇s thin and long tube, dispensing of high -tech anticorrosive coating, and painting on tube for corrosion protection were tested, respectively. At last, pressure test process of floating head heat exchanger and the installation of floating tubesheet with pressure test method were introduced.
