摘　　要：建立了用反相离子对高效液相色谱测定血浆中百草枯的方法。采用Inerstil ODS-3 C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-辛烷基磺酸钠溶液(5mmol/L)-磷酸(体积比60∶200∶0.8),平均回收率为78.2%～86.1%,检出限(S/N=3)为5μg/L。Determined paraquat in plasma by reversed phase ion-pair HPLC. The Inerstil ODS-3 C18 column was used for separation, and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitril, Na-octanesulfonate solution（5 mmol/L） and phosphoric acid （60：200：0.8, by vol）. The average recoveries were 78.2-86.1%. The detection limit （S/N=3） of the method was 5 μg/L.
