摘　　要：１９９５～１９９６年用θｓｅ特型法对上海地区强对流天气的预报准确率高达９０％左右。从动力学、能量学和概率统计学理论对该方法进行了研究。θse characteristics method has got accuracy of above 90 precent which was applied to make short-range prediction of severe convective weather in Shanghai area from 1995 to 1996. In this paper,the authors research the theoretical connotation of θse characteristics method by dynamics,energetics and probability statistics,and explain the software product of prediction.
