摘　　要：分析了实验室用浮选机的结构特点、作用及在设计过程中需要考虑的主要问题,并结合选矿工艺、生产实践、实验中得出的参数和要求,新设计了3.0 L浮选机,以提高实验室选矿效率和处理量。The structural characteristics and the function of lab-use flotation machine and problems for consideration in the designing process were introduced. 3.0-liter flotation machine was designed according to mineral technology, production practice, parameters and demands from experiments, which will improve lab mineral processing laboratory efficiency and handling capacity.
