摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定尿素咪康唑乳膏中硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18柱，流动相为0．1％乙酸铵溶液：甲醇（10：90），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长240nm，以苯甲酸苄酯为内标。结果：硝酸咪康唑在300-500μg／mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），回收率为99．62％～101．6％，日内、日间RSD均〈1．5％。结论：此法快速、准确、灵敏、简便，能消除杂质干扰，适合于尿素咪康唑乳膏中硝酸咪康唑的含量测定。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of content of miconazole nitrate in urea and miconazole cream. Methods：A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% ammonium acetate solution-methanol （10 ： 90） at the detection wavelength of 240 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Benzyl benzoate was used as internal standard. Results：The calibration curve of miconazole nitrate was linear in the range of 300.0-500.0μg/mL（r=0. 999 9）. The reco- very was 99.62 %-101.6 %. The intra and inter-day RSD was less than 1.5 %. Conclusion： This method is rapid, accurate, sensitive, simple and can avoid the interference. It can be employed for the determination of the concentration of mieonazole nitrate in urea and mieonazole cream.
