摘　　要：阐述了工程量清单计价的特点和重要性以及工程量清单计价与传统定额计价的区别,指出工程造价人员应尽快掌握工程量清单计价的方法,以适应快速发展的工程造价市场的需要。The characteristic and the importance of counting on engineering quantity bill are elaborated in the paper. It also points out the difference of counting on engineering quantity bill and the traditional ration counting. Technician on engineering cost should master the method of counting on engineering quantity bill as soon as possible so they can adapt the need of market of engineering cost which is developing quickly.
