摘　　要：详细介绍了控制精灵程序的设计构思和一些技术问题,通过选用控制精灵配合Windows Mobile技术的PDA应用于水准测量,实现了水准测量内外业一体化的目标,使野外观测数据在保证精度的基础上更加方便地记录。The design thinking and some technical problems of control eidolon were detail introduced. Through choosing PDA combined by control eidolon and Windows Mobile technology to apply on leveling, the goal of inside and outside integration of leveling was realized, which guarantee the field inspection data easy to record except precision.
