摘　　要：目的探讨应用阔筋膜张肌瓣修补重建前颅底粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性总结16例前颅底粉碎性骨折手术修补重建的治疗效果。结果术中应用自体阔筋膜张肌瓣修补前颅底粉碎性骨折取得良好效果,经随访未有脑脊液漏和颅内感染发生。结论应用阔筋膜张肌瓣修补前颅底粉碎性骨折是可靠、简便的方法。Objective To explore the effect of reparation amd restitution of comminuted fracture of anterior skull base with tensor fascia latae. Method The clinical data of 16 patients with comminuted fractures of anterior skull base were summarized retrospectively. Results The outcomes of treatment using tensor fascia latae are well, without leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and intracranial infection during follow-up. Conclusions The method of repairing and restitution of comminuted fractures of anterior skull base with tensor fascia latae is reliable and convenient.
