云南木薯产业的现状及发展战略

摘　　要：随着木薯作为生产非粮燃料乙醇的原料地位的确立,世界各国对木薯的需求量日益增大,中国成为木薯最大的进口国。在对云南木薯产业现状的分析的基础上,提出云南木薯产业的发展应该结合云南的区位优势,积极开展"引进来与走出去"的发展战略,加强大湄公河次区域地区有关木薯产业的合作,走出一条具有云南特色的木薯产业发展道路,促进经济发展,增加农民收入。Because cassava is a popular raw material to produce the fuel ethanol, there is an increasing demand for it in the whole world and China ranks first in importing cassavas. Through an analysis of Yunnan＇s cassava industry, the paper proposes its development strategies by utilizing the geographical vantage point of Yunnan Province and taking advantage of the cooperation between the countries in the Great Mekong Sub - region as well as other cooperation at home and abroad, which will help the healthy development of Yunnan cassava industry and benefit the farmers.
