摘　　要：通过将ITK中一个具体的区域生长分割算法应用于MR颅脑图像分割出白质、脑室、灰质等结构,介绍了如何使用ITK进行图像分割方法及此区域生长分割实例中类的使用。The following article illustrates the use of the itk：： ConnectedThreshold ImageFilter, one of the region growing algorithms in the segmentation algorithms of medical images in the Insight Toolkit. Applying the region growing algorithm on one MR image, BrainProtonDensitySlice.png, we can easily segment the major anatomical structures such as white matter, ventricle, gray matter, and etc. This article also introduces the use of the classes in the region growing algorithm＇s implementation.
