摘  要:随着医学影像设备和计算机的发展,常规X线摄影也实现了数字存储和传输,由计算机X线摄影(CR)到直接数字X线摄影(DR),彻底改变了放射科传统的摄影模式,实现了普通X线摄影的数字化革命。数字X线设备,极大地提高了影像的对比度和分辨率,强大的图像后处理(图像的放大、反转、滤波、降噪、灰阶变换、不同窗宽、窗位的调整等技术)很大程度上扩展了影像的动态观察范围,DR系统对X线敏感性高,直接转换技术使X线的吸收率高于间接转换的3~4倍,图像灰度精度更高,层次丰富。能极大地提高医院的诊断水平和工作效率,直接数字X线摄影各大医院相继推广应用。With the development of the medical phantom equipments and computers, the conventional X photography has also realized the digital storage and the transmission. From the computer Radiography (CR) to the direct Digital Radiography (DR), the radiology tradition's photographic pattern has been dramatically changed and the ordinary X photography has been digitized. The digital X equipments have enormously enhanced the phantom contrast gradient and the resolution, the formidable image post-processing (the image's enlargement, inversion, filtering, noise reduction, gray scale transformation, different window width, window level adiustments technologies, and so on) has expanded the phantom dynamic observation scope to a great extent. The DR system has a high sensitivity to X-ray. The direct transformed technology causes X-ray absorption rate to be higher than the indirect transformation 5-4 times. The gamma controller precision is higher, and the level is richer. The diagnosis level and the working efficiency have been greatly imporved. Direct digital X-ray photographs are promoted to be applied in all hospitals one after another.
