梧州市建设区域性商贸基地的SWOT及商贸竞争力分析与评价

摘　　要：梧州市建设区域性商贸基地具有区位、资源、产业、传统等方面的相对优势,但在龙头企业、品牌商品、经营管理、物流基础、专业市场、土地开发及人才等方面劣势比较明显,既面临广东产业梯度性转移、泛珠三角和泛北部湾两个区域经济合作、建设区域性枢纽城市和承接产业转移示范基地等历史机遇,又面临自然灾害、同质竞争、出口贸易环境严峻等威胁。梧州市的商贸业竞争力与周边7个地级市相比,排名第5,处于中下水平。Constructing the regional business base in Wuzhou takes advantage in many aspects, such as the position, the resources, the industries, and the tradition. But it is still weak in such fields as the leading enterprises, the well-known brand commodities, the professional management, the logistic infrastructure, the specialized markets, land exploitation and talent development. Now Wuzhou is confronted with the historical opportunity of development because of Guangdong gradient industrial transfer, regional cooperation between Pan-pearl-river-delta economic circle and Pan-Beibu-Gulf economic circle, and Wuzhou being positioned as the regional pivotal city and the model base of accepting industrial transfer, while it has to battle against the natural calamities, the homogenized competition and the grave situation of export. Comparing with the 7 neighboring cities, Wuzhou is inferior to the mid-level as No. 5.
