摘  要:本文结合注塑模具在生产中的故障粘模,由于生产用塑料原料由ABS树脂改变为AS树脂,模具结构上的相应调整过程。改进模具顶出结构,模具局部强度改善;将模具流道作了改进,彻底解决了粘模故障,显著提高了生产效率。This paper proposes the question that the plastic sticks down the mould in the course of manufacturing productions. Because the production material has changed from ABS resin to AS resin, some adjustment for the mould structure design should have been done to improve the structure of withstanding system, in order to increase some part intensity of mould .At the same time, heating installation is set for the main fluid entrance of plastic mould to solve thoroughly the question of sticking the mould. The adjustment improves efficiency obviously.
