SBS改性沥青中试装置工艺流程的研究

摘　　要：通过用自行研制的ＳＢＳ改性沥青中试装置，对ＳＢＳ改性沥青的工艺流程进行了初步研究。表征由于不同品种基质沥青的化学组成、胶体结构差别较大，因而，通过掺加ＳＢＳ对它们进行改性时，其加工工艺差别较大。而且，对应于每一种基质沥青来说，并不是加工时间越长，其分散状态、力学性能越好，而是都有一最佳工艺时间。这一结论对今后ＳＢＳ改性沥青的研究很有意义。The process flow of SBS modified asphalt was studied by SBS modified asphalt pilot plant produced by ourself.Because the difference of the Chemical component of the different basic asphalt and colliod construction were large,the difference of product process was large when put SBS into the basic asphalt.For every basic asphalt,the dispersant condition and properties of mechanics weren’t better by long time produced,and all had a best process time. It was meaningful for the study of SBS modified asphalt.
