摘  要:研究了复合烧结助剂Na2O-CaO-B2O3(NCB)氧化物和Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3(LBSCA)玻璃料的添加量对Ca0.125(Li1/2Sm1/2)0.875TiO3陶瓷相结构、烧结性能及介电性能的影响。当w(NCB)为10%,w(LBSCA)为1%~5%时,该陶瓷为斜方钙钛矿结构。随w(LBSCA)的增加,致密化温度和饱和体积密度降低,εr、Q·f值及τf呈下降趋势。当w(NCB)为10%,w(LBSCA)为2%时,陶瓷可在900℃烧结获得最佳性能:εr为63.00,Q·f为1260GHz,τf为-9.02×10^-6℃^-1。The effects of the compound sintering aids of Na2O-CaO-B2O3 (NCB) oxides and Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 (LBSCA) frit addition amounts on the phase structures, sintering properties and dielectric properties of the Ca0.125(Li1/2Sm1/2)0.875TiO3 ceramics were investigated. The ceramics have orthorhombic perovskite structures when the w (NCB) is 10% and w (LBSCA) is 1% - 5%. With the increase of w (LBSCA), the densification temperature and saturated bulk density decrease, and the εr, Q · f value and τf show a downtrend. As the w (NCB) is 10% and w (LBSCA) is 2%, the ceramic sintered at 900 ℃ has optimum properties: εr =63.00, Q · f : 1 260 GHz, τf =- 9.02×10^-6℃^-1.
