摘  要:本文采用还原Fe粉、SiO2、MoS2对UHMWPE进行填充改性,采用模压烧结成型法制备了改性塑料,分别测试了改性塑料的耐磨性、拉伸强度和硬度,根据扫描电镜照片分析了磨损表面形貌、拉伸断口形貌。实验结果表明:随着填料加入量的增加,磨粒磨损率呈现"V"型变化,其中添加SiO2的改性塑料最耐磨。三种填料都不同程度的降低了改性塑料的拉伸强度。添加二氧化硅和还原Fe粉会使材料的邵氏硬度有所提高。In this paper, UHMWPE was modified by reduction iron power, molybdenum disulfide and silicon dioxide, then modified plastics was gained by compression molding and sintering method. It tested wear resistance, the tensile strength and hardness of modified plastics and analyzed scanning electron microscopy observation of worn surface and tensile fracture surface. The experiment results showed that: with the increase of fillers, abrasive wear rate had "V"-type and wear resistant of modified plastic filled silicon dioxide is best. Tensile strength of three modified plastics reduced to some degrees. The hardness of modified Plastic filled silicon dioxide and reduction iron power were increased.
