摘　　要：在我国经过了2005年资产证券化试点后,无论是从各项政策法规,还是当前的资本市场现状来看,我国已经迎来了深化发展资产证券化的好时机,本文从深化发展资产证券化意义及所需的条件已经成熟着手,简要提出了目前深化发展资产证券化的几点思路。In our country after a 2005 asset securi tization pilot, both from the various policies and reg ulations, or the current status of the capital market, China has ushered in deepening the development of secu ritization of assets a good time, the paper from deep ening the development of assets Securities and signif icance of the necessary conditions are already ripe for the start.
