摘　　要：湖南休闲产业在发展过程中的主要问题是:产业基础薄弱,供求状况严重失衡;产品层次不高、文化内涵挖掘不够;员工素质有限,行业管理有待健全;职能部门缺失,产业体系有待完善。基于以上问题,湖南休闲产业未来发展需要:深入研究、正确认识、引导休闲观念;政府主导、科学规划、完善休闲体系;依托资源、突出特色、丰富休闲产品;加强硬件、重视软件、优化休闲环境;创新体制、灵活机制、扩大休闲投入。Investigations on Hunan leisure industry show that leisure primary industry of Hunan is form-ing, leisure industry clusters came into being; that leisure secondary industry needs to be strengthened badly, the distance between Hunan and other places is huge in many respects such as leisure product’ quality, types, designing, marketing, etc; that leisure ter-tiary industry is developing well, TV, publishing , cartoon, and entertainment in Hunan is famous in china. Many problems appear in Hunan leisure industry： slack base of leisure industry; bad quality of leisure prod-ucts; unqualified employees; and uncompleted leisure industry system. In order to solve these problems, the following should be taken： forming right concept; gov-ernment’ participation; accentuating the character; bettering the environment and investing more.
