摘　　要：邵阳市第一人民医院骨科在2002-08/2008-07应用同种异体深冻骨复合骨形态发生蛋白2治疗肱骨骨不连31例。所有患者随访7～29个月,总愈合率91.33%,平均愈合时间8个月,无伤口不愈合,局部红肿现象,无内固定松动,断裂等材料反应。提示同种异体骨复合骨形态发生蛋白2植骨治疗骨不连,无免疫排斥反应、生物相容性好,对促进骨愈合疗效可靠。From August 2002 to July 2008, 31 cases of humerus bone nonunion were treated with allochthonous bone composited bone morphogenetic protein 2 in the Department of Orthopaedics, the First People＇s Hospital of Shaoyang. All the cases were followed up for 7 29 months. Total healing rate was 91.33%, all the cases obtained bone union, and the mean healing time was 8 months, without wound infection or loosening of internal fixation. For the treatment of bone nonunion, allochthonous bone composited bone morphogenetic protein 2 has good biocompatibility and does not result in immunological rejections, it can be safely used in the treatment of bone nonunion and has reliable effects on promoting bone healing.
