摘　　要：通过对我国刑事法制建设的回顾与分析,可以看出,随着社会主义法治理念的深入教育与普及、司法环境的逐步改善和社会的进步,我国的法治建设不断的取得长足的进步,沿着这条正确的道路走下去,依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的目标定能实现。Through the review and analysis of China＇s criminal law construction, it can be seen that the target of ruling by law and constructing socialist country ruled by law must be realized for China＇slaw construction making progress with the further education and popularization of socialist law ideas, the further perfection of juridical environment and social progress.
