摘　　要：目的全面了解苏州市5年来区域性传染病发病、救治机构设置及区域性人口变化状况,为构建新型传染病救治机构提供客观数据。方法对苏州市2001-2005年传染病发病率、疾病谱、传染病专科医院设置及全市人口变化进行调查。结果2001-2005年传染病总发病率稳中有降,分别为0.29%、0.20%、0.19%、0.20%、0.21%;呼吸道传染病有上升趋势,原居第3位的肺结核跃居第1位;城市人口大幅度增长,截止2005年年底,全市户籍人口达607.31万,而传染病救治条件变化不大,床位偏少,设备陈旧,布局流程存在诸多缺陷。结论现行传染病救治机构设置已不适应传染病发展需要及相关法规要求,为此提出了对新建传染病救治机构的构建思路。OBJECTIVE To provide objective data for organizing new-type infectious disease medical institutions, it is necessary to know the territorial break-out details of epidemic, the distribution of medical institutions and territorial change of population during the last five years. METHODS The incidence rates and spectrum of epidemia, the setting of infectious disease hospitals and the change of the citys population from 2001 to 2005 were investigated. RESULTS The incidence rates of epidemic were steadily declining during the last five years＇ there were respectively0.29%, 0. 20%, 0. 19%, 0.20% and 0. 21% from 2001-2005. Respiratory epidemic cases have shown a climbing trend and the cases of tuberculosis, which used to be listed in the third place, have topped the epidemic list. Suzhou＇s population has increased abundantly, to the end of 2005, the population had reached 6073100. However, the medical conditions havent＇ been improved a lot, the beds in hospitals were not enough, the equipment was too old and distribution of medical sources was not very reasonable. CONCLUSIONS The present setting of infectious disease medical institutions is not suitable for the development against epidemic and inconsistent with the relevant laws in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct our infectious disease hospital, and we would like to put forward our blueprint about the organization of new-type infectious disease medical institutions.
