肾囊肿的腹腔镜分型、手术对策及疗效观察(附71例报告)

摘　　要：目的:讨论腹膜后腹腔镜手术处理不同类型肾囊肿的方法及其疗效。方法:回顾分析经腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗71例肾囊肿患者的临床资料。结果:初期23例未分型处理的患者术后3个月复查,7例(30.4%)有不同程度的残腔存留和复发,后期48例对囊肿分型(Ⅰ型18例、Ⅱ型21例、Ⅲ型9例)并予以相应手术处理,术后3个月复查,2例有少量残腔存留(4.16%);1例中转开放手术,无输血病例。结论:腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿疗效确切,对肾囊肿分型并在术中个体化处理可提高疗效、降低术后复发率。Objective：To discuss the method and curative effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation to treat the simple renal cysts. Methods：The clinical data of 71 eases with simple renal cysts treated by retropefitoneal laparoscopic operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results：There were 7 cases （30.4%） with incomplete cavity and recurrence three months after operation among initial 23 cases. There were only 2 cases （4.16%） with a small amount incomplete cavity, 1 case was converted to open operation from 48 cases （18 cases in type Ⅰ ,21 cases in type Ⅱ ,9 cases in type Ⅲ ）at second stage. Blood transfusion had not occurred. Conclusions： Retroperitoneal laparoscopie operation for simple renal cysts is effective. Simple renal cysts typing and using different theraputics for simple renal cysts can elevate curative effect and decrease recurrence rate.
