The treatment of parapelvic cyst by laparoscopy

摘　　要：目的：观察应用腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的可行性。方法：总结8例采用腹腔镜技术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的临床资料，其中3例经腹腔途径，5例经腹膜后途径。结果：8例手术均获成功。手术时间50～80min，平均65min。出血15～60ml，无并发症发生，术后住院4—5d，术后随访6—12个月，未复发。结论：经腹腔或腹膜后途径腹腔镜治疗肾孟旁囊肿具有创伤小，出血少，恢复快，无复发等优点。腹腔镜治疗肾盂旁囊肿安全、可行。Objective：Observe the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst. Methods：Collect 8 cases who received laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst,3 surgeries of which underwent transperitoneal route and 5 surgeries of which were conducted by transretroperitoneal route. Results： Surgeries of all 8 cases are successful. The time of surgery is 50-80min, the mean time is 65min. Conclusions：Laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst in transperitoneal route or transretroperitoneal route has a lot of advantages, such as less trauma and bleeding, quicker recovery and no recurrence. Laparoseopic treatment of parapelvic cyst is safe and feasible.
