摘　　要：Matlab软件广泛应用于自动控制,系统仿真,虚拟现实等领域;本文设计了基于Matlab图形界面的实时温度采集系统,接口电路利用PC机串行口,以电平转换芯片MAX233A将232电平转换成TTL电平连接RS-232串行口与1-WIRE总线,并且采用直接从串口取电的方法,为整个电路供电;在软件上采用波形模拟的方法,即通过改变串行通信的波特率与数据位个数来输出不同宽度的脉冲,达到利用串行口输出与1-WIRE总线要求一致的操作时隙,驱动1-WIRE总线设备进行通信。In this paper a Temperature acquire system is designed based on Matlab GUI interface. The temperature sensor is DS18B20 which is the 1-WIRE device. Through the serial port, connect the DSI8B20 to PC. This paper introduced a interface based on PC UART and MAX233A which converted RS-232 voltage to TTL voltage. And the interface get the power directly from PC UART so that simplified the whole electric circuit. The software adopt the Wave Simulation to communication, which is change baud rate and the number of data bits to get different width waveforms as same as 1-wire＇s time slot, All of these are based on function of Matlab Instrument Control Tool box. At last, the paper gave out temperature figure of result.
