四肢主要血管损伤 37 例治疗分析

摘　　要：报告１２ａ治疗的３７例四肢主要血管损伤处理体会。按损伤情况不同分别采用端—端吻合、大隐静脉移植等方法重建血循，成功率９４．６％，总截肢率５．４％。抢救肢体的预后主要取决于肢体缺血时间，神经、软组织、骨骼损伤程度及其它脏器损伤情况等因素。强调早期诊断和及时处理的重要性，并就诊断中的经验和教训作了总结。This paper reports on the therapeutical experience for injury of main blood vessels in the limbs in the past twelve years. Blood circulation was restored in the injured blood vessels of 37 patients by using end to end anastomosis or transplantation of great saphenous vein, with success rate of 94 6% and amputation rate of 5 4%. The result of saving limbs depended on elapse time of blood deprivation and degree of injury of nerves, soft tissues, bone and other organs. The authors stressed the importance of early diagnosis and prompt treatment .
