摘　　要：在一些大规模复杂电路系统中,一个子电路功能失效或产生故障,可能会引起其他子电路功能失效或故障。本文提出一种基于元胞自动机的复杂电路功能故障传播模型,给出了功能故障在该模型中的动态传播过程。探讨了相同结构电路系统中不同耦合度、故障扰动对电路功能故障规模的影响,并给出故障扰动与故障规模的关系图。In some large and complex circuit systems, the function invalidation or fault of a subcircuit may arise other subcircuit＇s function invalidation or fault. This paper presenteed a model of function fault propagation in complex circuit based on Cellular Au- tomata （CA） , and gave the dynamic process of function fault propagation in this model . In the circuit systems with same structure, we discussed the influence of different coupling degrees and fault disturbances on fault scale in complex circuit , then presented the curve of fault disturbance and fault scale .
