摘  要:结合青岛某酒店工程,针对桩、筏板基础地下防水工程的设计与施工,提出采用2道微膨胀防水混凝土刚性防水、1道三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材柔性防水的复合防水施工方案,同时对重点桩基部位采用多道刚性防水、柔性封边,桩基竖向钢筋采用2道止水环的措施。实践证明,该工程防水效果满足相关规范要求,同时施工操作相对简便,有效地保证了地下室的安全。Piles and raft foundation is adopted in a hotel of Qingdao. Based on design and construction of underground waterproof project, compound waterproof construction scheme that two layers of rigid waterproof made of micro-expansion concrete and a layer of flexible waterproof made of EPDM rolled sheets is proposed. At the same time, multi-layer rigid waterproof and flexible edge bonding are set at key positions on piles. Two waterproof circles are designed at vertical reinforcing bars of piles. It proves that the waterproof effect can reach requirements of related standards, and the construction is simple. Thus, safety of the basement is ensured.
