基于模糊评价法的区域农业循环经济发展水平比较研究

摘　　要：构建了区域农业循环经济发展水平的综合评价指标体系,采用模糊评价方法对我国2005年各省区(不包括香港、澳门和台湾)农业循环经济发展状况进行相对性评价。根据综合评价结果将31个省区划分为5个级别,并对各省区农业循环经济发展的结构平衡性进行了分析。研究结果表明,各省区农业循环经济发展水平区域间差异较大;农业循环经济结构平衡性与总体发展水平之间没有对应性,结构失衡状态比较普遍。Based on establishing the comprehensive index system to evaluate the development level on Agro-recycling economy, the article evaluates the comparative condition among different regions（not including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan） in China in the year of 2005 using the method of the fuzzy evaluation. According to the evaluation restihs, the 31 provinces（regions）are classified into 5 grades. Then the article analyses their inner structural equilibrium. The result indicates that provinces（regions）differ greatly in the comprehensive level and there is no correspondence between the comprehensive level of Agro-recycling economy and its structural equilibrium. Furthermore, most of the provinces（regions）is in the stage of dislocation.
