摘  要:为了改进某汽轮机中压缸的气动性能,对其前3级的直静叶设计提出反扭或弯扭等多种改型方案,并运用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对原方案和改型方案的内部流场进行了数值模拟.根据计算结果分析了不同方案下的级内流动特性和气流参数变化,给出了各方案下的多级效率.计算结果表明,静叶扭转减小了动叶的相对进气角,从而使多级效率有所提高.静叶的弯曲改型对多级效率的影响不明显,但能改善叶间流场的分布形态.Modifications on the stator blade geometry of the first three stages in the intermediate-pressure-cylinder of a steam turbine were proceeded to improve the aerodynamic characteristics using nega- tive-twist method and bowed-twist method. Numerical simulations of the three-dimensional flow in the multistage cascades were completed for both the original and the modified blade designs, which provide the basis to analyze the effects of the modifications on the flow characteristics. The multistage efficien- cies of the various designs were presented and compared. The calculation results show that the twisted stator can reduce the relative incidence, so that enhance the multistage efficiency. Although the influence of bowed stator on the multistage efficiency is not distinct, it still improves the distribution of the passage flow in the field.
