摘  要:以精制硅藻土为主原料,制得适宜浸渍法制备纳米钒催化剂的预制载体。研究了焙烧制度、助剂的用量对载体强度和吸水性的影响,用ZXF-4型自动吸附仪测试了载体的微孔结构。结果表明,主要影响因素对强度和吸水性的影响趋势是相反的。在吸水性和强度二者间应取一个合理的平衡值,适宜的载体制备工艺参数为含12%~16%的K2SO4和3%~9%的硫磺粉,其余为硅藻土;焙烧温度850-900℃;恒温时间45~60min。所制备的载体具有合适的孔结构,能很好地满足尺寸在100nm以下的V2O5颗粒进入孔内分散。The prefab carrier were prepared with purifier diatomite as the main material, which is fit for vanadium catalyst with impregnating. It was studied that the dosage of assistant component and baking conditions influence on mechanical strength and absorbency of carrier. Microfinestra structure was characterized by ZXF-4 self-adsorptive apparatus. The results show that the influence trend of main factor on both is opposite. It oughts to attain reasonable value in mechanical strength and absorbency. The feasible technics parameter is 12-16% K2SO4, 3 -9% sulphur and the rest is diatornite, baking temperature within 850- 900 ℃ and constant temperature time 45-60 min. The carrier have seemly microfinestra structure, and it is satisfiable commendably for V2O5 particles entering and dispersing in the finestra of carrier.
