摘　　要：行政执法体制改革是一项复杂的系统工程。分析、总结行政执法体制改革中存在的问题,对进一步推进行政执法体制改革具有重要意义;推进行政执法体制改革需要综合运用多种措施。The reform of executive law enforcement system is a complex systems engineering. Analyzing and summarizing the problems inthe reform of executive law enforcement system, is important to further promote the reform of executive law enforcement system. Promoting the reform of executive law enforcement system requires a combination of various measures.
