摘 要:为了研究单叶叶片光合速率变化规律,将甜瓜幼苗叶片按照有效积温分为膨大期、壮龄期和衰老期3个时期,通过田间与室内试验,对以Monsi-Seaki模型理论为基础的单叶光合模型在叶片不同生育期的模型参数进行了估算,并分别分析建立了温度和CO_2浓度对光合速率影响参数函数式。结果表明:同一叶片不同生长时期光合速率模型参数不同,温度对净光合速率影响函数式为正弦函数曲线,CO_2浓度对净光合速率影响与浓度差成函数关系。模型验证结果表明,按照叶片不同生长期估算参数建立的光合速率模型及温度与二氧化碳对净光合速率影响的模型可以较准确模拟单叶叶片光合速率,显示模型具有较高的精确性、机理性和实用性。In order to study the changing ride of the photosynthesis rate of Single leaves, musk melon seedling leaves was divided into 3 phases, i.e., expanding, mature and aging. Experimented were carried both in open field and indoors as well as; an estimation was done on the model parameters at different leaf growing periods in a single leaf photosynthesis model based on Monsi-Seaki model theory; and the functional formulae showing how temperature and CO2 concentration affect photosynthesis were worked out and validated respectively. The results show that there are different photosynthesis model parameters at different leaf growing periods; that the functional formula affecting net photosynthesis rate by temperature is sine function curves; and that the CO2 concentration's influence on net photosynthesis rate is functionally related to its density difference. The validation results show that the photosynthesis model established according to the estimated parameters at different leaf rowing phases and the model of temperature and CO2 affecting net photosynthesis, are able to precisely simulate photosynthesis rate of a single leaf. This indicates that the models possess considerable accuracy, clear mechanism and practicability.
