摘 要:为筛选出适合番茄幼苗生长的最佳育苗方式,本试验以早春育苗番茄为对象,研究了CIS育苗钵、营养钵、穴盘育苗(番茄专用基质)、穴盘育苗(普通基质)4种育苗方式对番茄幼苗出苗率、生长动态、壮苗质量性状、耐低温能力的影响。结果表明,采用CIS育苗钵培育的幼苗出苗率,单株鲜重、根体积、壮苗指数、最大叶面积、叶片数等生长指标明显优于其他育苗方式,在低温处理过程中保持了较高的POD活性、CAT活性;专用基质穴盘苗在株高、叶绿素含量方面表现最好;营养钵培育的幼苗子叶面积显著大于其他育苗方式;普通基质穴盘苗在所有测量项目中表现一般或较差。To filter the best seedling culture mode adapting to the growth of tomato, this paper took tomato early spring seeding for object to research the effects of the four different seedling culture modes which were CIS, plug-seedling (special matrix-based for tomato), plug- seedling (general matrix-based) and nutrition bowl on tomato sprouting rate, growth trend, seedling quality traits and low temperature capability. The results showed that CIS which seeding emergence rate, plant fresh weight, root volume, seedling strange index, the largest leaf area, the number of leaves and other growth indices were great significantly higher than other seedling culture modes and the tomato seeding maintained higher POD and CAT activity in a low temperature processing, plant height and chlorophyll content were the best in the special matrix-based plug seedlings; the cotyledons areas of the nutrition bowl seedlings were significantly larger than other culture modes seedlings; the general matrix-based plug seedlings were common or worse on the entire indices.
