摘 要:从污泥中分离出两株降解水胺硫磷的细菌,编号为HDNJ-1和HDNJ-3;两者在琼脂平板培养时对40%水胺硫磷乳油的最大耐受浓度分别为14%和12%;液体培养96 h后两株菌对水胺硫磷的降解率分别为67%和74%;根据两株菌的培养特征和生理生化特征初步鉴定为沙雷铁氏菌属(Serratia)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)细菌。Two isocarbophos- degrading strains were isolated from sludge and named as HDNJ- 1 and HDNJ- 3. The experiments showed they could growth on the plates which respectively involved 14% and 12% at the dilution of 40% isocarbopho emulsion. Moreover, the isocarbopho - degrading rates of them were up to 67% and 74% re- spectively after 4 - day - incubation in liquid media. According to the cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties strain HDNJ - 1 and strain HDNJ -3 were respectively identified as Serratia and Pseudomonas.
