摘　　要：大学的转型和发展的基础是教师,教师是创业型大学转型的核心力量,只有大学教师的转型才能有效促进大学的转型。教师的伦理道德、高深知识的创新和主动适应社会发展的能力是推动大学教师转型的根本,而大学教师转型的目标是实现学术职业的专业化。树立学术和市场结合的教师伦理道德和价值观;培养具有竞争的自我发展意识、创新意识以及创新能力;提高大学教师面向市场的专业素养等大学教师发展方式是促进学术职业专业化的必要途径。The base of university transformation and development are faculties, teachers are the core power of transformation in entrepreneurial university, only through the transformation of university teachers, can the University be effectively promoted to transform. Teachers＇ ethics, the ability to use knowledge and values are the fundament to promote the transformation of university teachers. While the goal of transformation is the academic professional specialization, to improve the accomplishment of faculties ; to train the sense of self - improvement, innovative sense and innovative capacity; to set up the style of teachers＇ morality and values that combine academy with market , all these ways of FD are the essential paths which can advance the academic profession specialization.
