摘　　要：文中以方便用户使用和最大限度的降低系统工作成本为原则,提出了一种基于GSM技术的小区物业管理系统设计方案。介绍了系统的组成、工作原理、硬件、软件设计方法及GSM模块TC35的应用,给出了MCU与GSM模块的接口电路设计方案,对系统工作方式及AT指令的使用行了详细说明。With users＇ convenience and the greatest possible reduction of the operation cost of the system as the basic principle, the paper proposes a design of the residential management system based on GSM tech- nique. It briefly introduces the composition, hardware and software design of the system as well as the application of GSM terminal, gives the design of MCU and GSM terminal interface, and expounds the way the system works and the use of AT command.
