摘　　要：中国古代心理疗法蕴含着丰富而系统的心理治疗思想和理论,具有科学性和独特性。金元时期是中国古代心理疗法的繁荣时期,金元四大家将《内经》的医学心理学思想融合到自己的学说中,形成了各自的学术特点,情志相胜心理疗法在此阶段也获得了很大发展。Ancient Chinese psychotherapy contains rich and systematic thinking and psychological theory,scientific and uniqueness. Jin and Yuan Dynasties is the booming period of ancient Chinese psychotherapy. Integrating medical psychology from Huangdi＇s Internal Medicine, the four eminent physicians in Jin and Yuan period formed individualized academic characteristics. The theory of restricting of emotions at this stage has also been a great development.
