摘 要:旅游偏好是影响居民旅游决策的重要因素,了解居民偏好不仅有利于预测居民的旅游行为,而且有助于规划和营销居民喜爱的旅游产品。以国家节假日新调整为背景,以长沙城市居民为对象,通过随机抽样调查方式研究节假日调整后居民旅游偏好的新动向,发现城市居民受节假日调整影响最大的因素为时间与距离,居民出行受传统文化、探亲与健康的因素影响显著,居民出行范围以中短途旅游为主,长途旅游为辅。因此需要从调整旅游产品结构、策划旅游产品内容和改进产品营销方式等方面来满足城市居民旅游偏好的新变化。Tourism preferences have been regarded as a critical element in tourism decision-making process. A better understanding of people's preferences is not only beneficial in predicting their tourism behaviors, but also useful to tourism planners and marketers to develop satisfactory products for tourists. Under the background of the National Holiday Reform issued by the State Council, the paper interviews 246 local residents in Changsha City by casual sampling in decision--making preference (impact factors, tourism motivation, time arrangement, information collection, etc. ), six key factors of tourism (accommodation, lodge, transportation, traveling, shopping and entertaiment)and others. Through data analysis, it finds that the most important causes are time and distance influencing the decision--making of the residents, who prefer pursuing traditional culture, visiting relatives and friends, and keeping health in tourism motivation, and prefer the medium--and--short howl to the long-- howl travel in tourism distance in the national holiday, the Spring festival and weekends and like to collect tourism information from mouth--to--mouth and website or BBS, etc, and there are some new changes about residents in six key fatcors of tourism, who prefer stomach--full first and nutrition second in accommodation, cheap places (inns, relatives' and friends' homes, hostels, ere) in lodge, trains, buses, plances and self--drive autoes in transportation, the form arranged by friends and families in travelling, local souvenirs and cultural products in shopping and no strong preference in entertaiment. In order to satisfy the new change of city residents, some suggestions are put forward. The first is to change the structure of tourist products, including adjusting the current intinararies, showing the characteritics of traditional culture and satisfying tourists' individual needs.
