摘　　要：汶川地震给我国的经济和社会生活带来极大的影响,本文以"社会资本"作为切入点,分析社会资本在灾后恢复中的作用。微观社会资本可以提供非正式支持、影响民众的求助行为和缓解心理震痛,宏观社会资本可以提高公众参与程度、增强信任感和建立新的社会规范从而调动民众重建家园的积极性,在短时间内将损失降到最低。This passage which based on social Capital analyze its function in the reconstruction. Through micro level, social capital offers non-governmental help, influences the public behavior and releases psychological shock. As for macro-level social capital, the participation of public plays an important role in disaster recovery, while the role of trust and setting up new social rules are more complex. Making full use of these existing local social networks and macro-level social capital can mobilize the public to actively join in the reconstruction of their hometown.
