财政与货币政策效果的测度研究

摘　　要：在定义财政政策与货币政策及其效果概念的基础上,提出财政政策效果和货币政策效果的绝对指标和相对指标;利用IS-LM模型推出财政政策和货币政策绝对效果和相对效果的测度公式;阐释了财政政策与货币政策效果测度公式的理论意义,并说明了测度公式的实际应用方法。On the basis of defining the macro-economic policy and it＇ s effect, this paper gives the absolute and the relative index of the fiscal policy＇ s effect and the monetary policy＇ s effect ;while using IS-LM model to infer the estimates formula of the fiscal policy＇ s effect and the monetary policy＇ s effect, the paper gives an account of the estimates formula＇ s theory significance for the macro-economic policy＇ s effect, and tell us how to use it in practice.
