摘　　要：乙肝病毒的快速检测一直是临床检测的发展方向,采用了辣根过氧化酶(HRP)催化鲁米诺(luminol)/双氧水(H_2O_2)的反应产生的化学发光(CL)体系同连接有乙肝病毒抗抗体的试纸条结合起来制作了层析试纸条乙肝病毒检测体系。这种层析试纸条在乙肝病毒快速检测上的应用可行性被证实,整个检测过程不超过10 min。定量实验的结果表明,这种试纸条可以在10 min内实现病毒的定量检测,克服了定量检测速度慢的难题。Quick HBV test has been the developing direction of clinic test. The study adopts the chemical luminescence system of obtained from the reaction of HRP and luminaL/H2O2 combines the test stripe with obtaining hepatitis B antibody virus to prepare HBV lateral test stripe. The feasibility of HBV stripe was verified and the whole test process is not more than 10 minutes. The quantitative experiment result reveals that this test stripe can complete the quantitative, test for virus within ten minutes, which solves the problem of the slow speed of the quantitative test.
