催化磺化法降低高黏度稠油黏度

摘  要:对胜利油田的高黏度稠油用硫酸进行磺化,在磺化过程中加入了催化剂,制成了磺化稠油。实验得到磺化稠油的最优配制条件:煤油与稠油质量比为4∶5,硫酸质量分数55%,加入量为稠油质量的4%,催化剂的加入量为稠油的5%,磺化温度小于20℃,反应时间2 h。再将磺化稠油与表面活性剂进行复配,研制出磺化稠油降黏剂。将少量所制备的磺化稠油降黏剂在50℃下加入到胜利油田所提供的黏度为45 000 mPa.s的高黏度稠油中,其黏度降至850 mPa.s,降黏率为98.1%。Sulfonated thick crude oil was prepared by catalytic sulfonation. The optimum preparation conditions reached as follows: the mass ratio of kerosene to crude oil 4 : 5, H2 O4 concentration 55%, and 4 % thick crude oil added. Further, catalyst adding mass percent is 5 %, reaction temperature is less than 20℃ and reaction time approaches 2 h. The sulfonated thick oil mulsifier was prepared by sulfonated thick oil and surface active agent, which aimed to reduce theviscosity of the Dong Sheng Crude oil. The results showed that the high viscosity of thick crude oil ranged from 45 000 mPa ·s to 850 mPa ·s.
