摘 要:对大型发电厂3/2接线情况下同步系统的设计作了两点讨论:1)大型发电机同步电压的获取方法——采用"近区优先"法还是采用"简化设计"法,指出在设有元件隔离开关的条件下采用"近区优先"法,这样可以使同步系统设计支撑一次系统灵活多变的运行方式;2)系统联络线路的同期—同频并网时线路的闭锁角的整定问题,指出对干系统联络线路的合环操作,应采用具有自动识别各同期点的性质的自动同期装置,各同期点的允许合闸角应当根据调度计算整定,以确保合环操作安全。In the light of the design of synehronizing system for the large power plant under 3/2 connection, this paper emphasizes on two aspeets: first, the methods for obtaining the synchronous voltage of large generator, using "nearest voltages are prior" or "simplified design". It is indicated that the "nearest voltages are prior" should lye adopted when the system contains the components disconnecting switeh, thus make the design of the synchronizing system meet the flexible operating mode of the primary system. Secondly, the setting problems of line lock angle in course of same frequency synchronizing for the system tie-line. It is pointed out that the automatic synchronizer with automatic identification of each synchronous point should be used in the closing loop operation for the system lie-line. For ensuring the safety in the closing loop operation, the allowable closing angle of each synehronous point should be set according to dispatching computation.
