摘  要:目的研究黄精多糖(PSP)对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠的保护作用及对其氧自由基代谢的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射法,建立糖尿病小鼠模型;测定小鼠的血糖,胸腺、肝脏、脾脏和肾脏重量;化学比色法分别检测血清和肝脏中的T-SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量。结果与模型组比较,PSP(0.5、1g/kg,ig×14d)能明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖(P<0.05),显著提高糖尿病小鼠的胸腺、脾脏和肝脏指数,提高血清和肝脏组织中的T-SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量。结论PSP对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。Objective To evaluate the effects of Polygona-polysaccharose(PSP)on blood glucose level and metabolism of oxygen-derived free radicals in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Methods The animal model of diabetes was established by injecting alloxan into its abdominal cavity.After 14 d administration of PSP,blood glucose,organ weight,MDA,T-SOD and GSH-Px levels were determined.Results Compared with diabetic model group,PSP(0.5,1 g/kg,ig×14 d)could decrease the blood glucose level and increase thymus index,spleen index and liver index.Furthermore,PSP(0.5,1 g/kg,ig×14 d)could decrease the content of MDA and enhance the T-SOD,GSH-Px in blood serum and liver tissue of diabetic mice induced by alloxan.Conclusion PSP may has protective effect on diabetic mice induced by alloxan and the mechanism might be related to its antioxidant activity.
