摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和其受体(VEGFR:FLT-1、FLK-1)在大肠癌组织中的表达以及与大肠癌临床病理之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测82例大肠癌及14例正常大肠组织中VEGF和FLT-1、FLK-1的表达,分析大肠癌组织中VEGF和FLT-1、FLK-1的表达与大肠癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果大肠癌组织VEGF和受体FLT-1、FLK-1阳性表达率与正常大肠组织比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。VEGF的表达在有无淋巴结转移组和不同的Duke′s分期中差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。FLT-1和FLK-1在大肠癌组织的阳性表达呈显著正相关,(rs=0.457,P=0.000)。结论VEGF和受体FLT-1、FLK-1与大肠癌的发生密切相关,VEGF与大肠癌的预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and its receptor FLT-1,FLK-1 and clinical significance in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of VEGF and FLT-1,FLK-1 was detected by an immunohistochemistry S-P method in 82 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 14 normal colorectal tissue.Results The expressions of VEGF and FLT-1,FLK-1 were significantly higher in tumor tissue than that in normal tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages（P〈0.05）.There was a significantly positive relation between FLT-1 and FLK-1（rs=0.457,P=0.000）.Conclusion VEGF and FLT-1,FLK-1 are associated with colorectal carcinogenesis.VEGF is related to prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
