摘  要:Cu-9.5Ni-2.3Sn合金具有很高的加工硬化特性以及固溶时效强化效果。通过急冷处理获得的α过饱和固溶体组织,利用冷变形和时效处理过程中出现的结构调整,提高合金的抗拉强度和延伸率。通过试验室配制的合金铸锭,研究合金热轧、冷轧加工过程及其性能的变化。试验研究结果表明:合金热轧前采取650℃×10h均匀化处理,铸锭经850℃×30min加热后热轧,50%一次冷轧,850℃×60min固溶,50%二次冷轧,480℃×2h时效,65%三次冷轧变形后,合金的抗拉强度可达732.1MPa、电导率为9.8%IACS。Cu-9.5Ni-2.3Sn alloy could be intensified by deformation and by solution with aging treatment. The tensile strength and elongation could be improved by cold deformation and aging treatment after solution treatment to obtain a supersaturated solid solution by rapidly cooling. In present study the alloy ingots were prepared in laboratory and the effects of the processes of hot and cold rolling on properties of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength could achieve up 732. 1 MPa and electric conductivity was 9.8 % IACS for the alloy resulted from its ingot through serial working processes, which were as follows: before hot rolling homogenizing the ingot at 650 ℃ for 10 h was taken to eliminate component segsegation; then heated the alloy ingot to 850 % keeping for 30 min and then going on hot-rolling. Solution treated at 850 ℃ for 60 min after first cold-rolling with 50% deformation. Cold-roll again with 50% deformation before aging treatment at 480 ℃ for 2 h, and following third cold-rolling with 65% deformation.
